By being involved in the program, Gemaire enables you to provide immediate discounts on high efficiency HVAC equipment to your residential customers in Comfortably CA territories.
How Does It Work?
After completing an installation, use the Gemaire portal and submit your reimbursement claim. For claim submission it is mandatory to upload a copy of your Gemaire invoice, showing the model and serial number eligible for the incentive.
Program Guidelines
It must be a residential existing single family, multi-family, or mobile home. New construction is not eligible.
Equipment purchases must be made through Heating and Cooling Supply a Division of Gemaire.
Per state requirements obtain the necessary HVAC license, insurance and bond.
ELIGIBLE EQUIPMENT
Installation Requirements:
The installation must occur in an existing single-family residential home.
Homeowner must have an active electric account with PG&E, SDG&E or SCE.
Must replace an existing air condition and furnace and the natural gas line to the previously existing furnace must be capped.
Propane customers are not eligible.
New construction is not eligible.
Mini- splits are not eligible.

Homeowner must have an active gas account with PG&E, SoCalGas, or SDG&E.
Limit one per household.
New construction is not eligible.
