Required for all claims is the following:

A copy of your customer invoice that displays the model and serial number installed and a line item labeled “CenterPoint Energy HVAC Incentive” detailing the deduction incentive amount from the total.

A copy of your distributor invoice that displays the model and serial number installed.

Manual J

It is recommended that the Manual J be uploaded; however, it is not required. The installing HVAC dealer must run a whole-house or room-by-room load calculation using an ACCA approved software program (https://www.acca.org/standards/approved-software) and keep it on file for three years. The load calculation does not need to be submitted unless you apply for a downsizing bonus. However, CenterPoint Energy reserves the right to request the load calculation from the dealer.

Certification Statement

I hereby certify that I meet all eligibility requirements to claim the incentive offered under the CenterPoint Houston Midstream Program, delivered through Gemaire, and that my participation complies fully with the terms and conditions outlined in the portal agreement and program guidelines. I acknowledge that all information submitted in support of this claim must be accurate, complete, and truthful.

I understand that the incentive is subject to verification and approval, and that submission of this claim does not guarantee payment. I further acknowledge that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information, or failing to comply with program requirements, may result in denial of the claim, cancellation of participation, recovery of any funds already issued, and forfeiture of the incentive.

By submitting this claim, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all program rules, requirements, and verification procedures associated with the CenterPoint Houston Midstream Program.
